Ergebnisse: Verursacht waren die Lecks durch einen offenen Ductus-cysticus-Stumpf (n=8), eine Insuffizienz des Gallenblaseninfundibulums nach unvollständiger Exzision der Gallenblase (n=1), aberrante Gallengänge (n=2), Galleleck aus dem Leberbett (n=1) und eine Choledochusläsion (n=1). 1mal blieb die Ursache des Lecks ungeklärt.

7. Extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy combined with adjuvant litholytic therapy (ursodeoxycholic acid and chenodeoxycholic acid) is a relatively safe and effective noninvasive therapy for selected patients with symptomatic radiolucent gallbladder stones.

Für streng ausgewählte Patienten mit symptomatischen röntgen-negativen Gallenblasensteinen stellt die extrakorporale Stoßwellenlithotripsie kombiniert mit adjuvanter Litholyse (Ursodeoxycholsäure und Chenodeoxycholsäure) eine relativ gefahrlose und wirksame nicht-invasive Therapie dar.

8. No changes were made for tumours of the anal canal, the gallbladder (excluding the inclusion of tumours of the cystic duct) and tumours of the pancreas and the ampulla of Vater.

Keine Veränderungen gab es bei den Tumoren des Analkanals, der Gallenblase (bis auf Tumoren des Ductus cysticus) und der Tumoren des Pankreas und der Ampulla Vateri.

9. They are a heterogeneous group of neoplasias that includes the perihilar or Klatskin tumors (at 60%, the most common of the CCC), the intrahepatic (peripheral) CCC, extrahepatic bile duct cancer, gallbladder cancer, and cancer of the ampulla of Vater.

Zu ihnen zählen die perihilären Gallengangskarzinome (Klatskin-Tumoren, mit ca. 60% die häufigste Cholangiokarzinome), die peripheren (intrahepatischen) Cholangiokarzinome, das Gallenblasenkarzinom, die Karzinome der extrahepatischen Gallengänge und das periampulläre Karzinom.

10. In 2000 autopsies, 9 cases of Cholesterolosis were found in the ductus choledochus about 10 mm above the Ampulla of Vater. Six of these cases were associated with Cholecystolithiasis, and 3 with a typical cholesterolosis of the gallbladder.

Unter 2000 Sektionen wurden 9 Fälle von „Stippchenbildung“ im Ductus choledochus etwa 10 mm oberhalb der Vaterschen Papille gefunden, von denen 6 mit einer Cholecystolithiasis und 3 mit einer typischen Stippchengallenblase kombiniert waren.
